Begonia amphioxus

Begoniaceae · Borneo (Sarawak)

€9 – €15 · Coming soon

Narrow lance-shaped leaves, pointed at both ends, pale green flecked with crimson and edged in red. It is an equatorial understorey species and will not cope in a room: it wants a terrarium, a cabinet or a greenhouse, where humidity never drops. In exchange it stays small and carries a pattern no hybrid reproduces.
