Begonia "Pink Minx"
€35 · Coming soon
It is not a made-up name: it is a registered hybrid by Kit Jeans Mounger from 2002, made by crossing Begonia aconitifolia with U062 — which we also sell on its own. Cane-type with an upright stem: a deeply lobed, almost fingered leaf, with black veins spattered with silver and pink on a satin blade, and a deep red underside. Pink flower clusters. The cross was made to get U062’s looks without its weakness for mildew, and it is indeed easy: it asks for no extra humidity and does well indoors.
