A monotypic genus, extremely rare in cultivation, related to the Asian Gesneriaceae. The "Super Pink" selection shows a blue-green iridescence with bright pink veins, visible at the right angle of light. Keep only in a closed terrarium at very high humidity.

How to propagate it
- Take a healthy leaf with a piece of petiole
- Let the cut dry for about half an hour
- Push the petiole into sphagnum or a light substrate, barely moist
- Close it in a propagator: humidity above 80%, 22–25°C, indirect light
- Plantlets appear at the base in 5–9 weeks
- Separate them once they have 2–3 leaves and roots of their own
