Premium aroid mix 8.5 L
Ready-made aroid mix, peat-free, in two grades: Essential and Supreme.
A complete substrate to use exactly as it comes, built to resemble a tropical forest floor: open structure, drainage, and real nutrition.
Essential is the base — 30% bioactive organic medium, 30% coarse perlite, 20% orchid bark, 20% coco husk chips — and covers Philodendron, Syngonium, Epipremnum and the tougher aroids. Supreme adds 15% tree fern fibre in place of some of the bark and coco: more air, more drainage, and the conditions epiphytes want. That is the one for Anthurium, Monstera and Alocasia, the species that forgive least.
The organic medium is made of biocompost, organic humus, biochar and beneficial microorganisms, and it is PEAT-FREE. That is not an environmental footnote: peat compacts and holds water far longer than an aroid will tolerate.

How to use it
Use it as it comes. For aroids that want more air, add 20% coarse perlite; for the ones that resent drying out, 10% sphagnum. Reseal the bag after use and keep it cool and dry.
